Goals for 2007

For Teens
A. To inculcate a culture of teens discipling teens where:
i. Teens are evangelizing amongst other teens and
ii. Teens are able to intentionally help other teens in basic Follow-Up.

For Labourers
A. To have every laborer actively discipling people through:
i. Leading BS group and/ or having M2M with someone.
ii. Intentionally meeting [for some of the laborers] with teens for personal time.

B. To build a workforce who knows and lives out the Word.

For DMF
A. To pray for the laborers individually and as a group.
B. To work towards meeting and training 2 key teens each.
C. To work with some of the tribes to start a new ministry
